Research shows we users don’t like the global search because the bad performance.
After regroup with the PM and Dev, I proposed this new direction , rethinking dashboard experience to solve the problem of navigation and efficiency. I was able to turn the ambiguity of the project to a more actionable and direction with more potential.

Learning
Effective collaboration between UX and Development teams is crucial for successful project outcomes. Often, these teams may operate in silos, but maintaining open communication and regularly validating work across teams is essential. UX teams bring a deep understanding of user and business needs, while Development teams have a clear grasp of technical possibilities and constraints.
By fostering mutual understanding and ongoing dialogue, teams can collaboratively create solutions that not only meet user and business requirements but are also technically feasible and innovative. This integrated approach leads to more robust, user-centered, and effective product designs.
Proposed a New Design Direction

After regroup with the product manager and the developer, I proposed this new direction to the leadership, rethinking dashboard experience to solve the problem of navigation and efficiency. I was able to turn the ambiguity of the project to a more actionable and direction with more potential.
